We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and give our team time to prepare for your move. However, we understand that moving plans can come together quickly — same-day and last-minute bookings are welcome when availability allows.

Book Now and upload your photo. A $75.00 deposit is required to hold your spot. The deposit is refundable if canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled move.

Once both parties confirm the booking, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move time will make the $75.00 deposit non-refundable, as we've reserved movers and time for you.

If your job looks like it may run longer than originally booked, your mover will let you know ahead of time. If you choose to continue, the additional time will simply be billed hourly at the same rate you booked. The final total will be adjusted at the end.

No, you do not need to be present for the entire move. However, we recommend having someone available at the start to give our crew a quick rundown of what needs to be moved and any specific instructions. If no one can be there, that's okay — we can work from the details and photos provided ahead of time. Clear instructions help us make sure everything is handled exactly as expected.

You can speed up the move by having everything packed and ready before the movers arrive, reserving elevators in apartment buildings if possible, and clearing pathways so movers can easily move in and out.
